When enrolling in the School programs please remember that your child is registered for the full school season: August, 2011 - June, 2012

| NEW STUDENTS: One-time, non-refundable registration fee of $30 is required at time of enrollment. Please make check payable to Arizona School of Classical Ballet. |
RETURNING* STUDENTS: Registration fee will be waived for returning students registered before July 15. $15 non-refundable late registration fee will be charged for the students registered after July 15. (* returning students - students, who are signed and paid in full consecutevely for the full school season through June 25). |
| Please note: Only one week might be prorated in August for the returning student. Returning students may make up all missing classes in any lower level during the 1st session. |
ALL STUDENTS: Non-refundable commitement deposit will secure your place in class and should be paid on time of registration: Preparatory levels: $50 ~ Academic levels $75 ~ Recreational Program $50 ~ Music Program $50 This deposit will be credited toward last payment of your annual tuition upon completion of the program. Please make check payable to Arizona School of Classical Ballet. |
