2011 - 2012 CALENDAR

(Please note: rehearsal dates and time are subject to change)
Dates Event
May 31st - June 24th, 2011 PRE-REGISTRATION for ASCB returning students.
Non-refundable deposit will secure your place in class and will be credited toward last payment of your annual tuition.
Deposit will range from $50 -$75, depending on the level/program.
Please fill out your Registration form and return with the deposit to the school's office.
June 25th - August 8th, 2011 OPEN REGISTRATION.
A $30 non-refundable registration fee (new students only) and non-refundable deposit are required in time of registration.
Deposit will range from $50 -$75, depending on the level/program.
This deposit will be credited toward last payment of your annual tuition.
Bring in your Registration form or mail it with the registration fee/deposit to Arizona School of Classical Ballet 20820 N. 25th Place, suite # 110 - 112 Phoenix, AZ 85050.
LATE REGISTRATION will be accepted through the year, depending on availability of space.
August 6th, 2011 WELCOME TO ASCB.
OPEN HOUSE 10:00 am - 1:00 pm.
PREPARATORY Division Parents Orientation meeting 11:00am - 11:45am.
Academic Division Parents Orientation meeting 12:00pm - 12:45pm
August 8th, 2011 First day of classes.
August 8th, 2011 First Session/First Discounted Payment Plan payment due.
$20 per week late fee will be assessed for all payments made after August 15th.
September 1st, 2011 PERFORMANCE PARTICIPATION APPLICATION DEADLINE for
WINTER FAIRY TALES and THE NUTCRACKER productions.
September 5th, 2011 LABOR DAY, NO CLASSES
September - December, 2011 WINTER PRODUCTION REHEARSALS.
Specific dates and times to be announesed.
September 26th, 2011 First Parents Viewing week. Dance programs.
October 1st, 2011 Second Session Tuition due.
